Q: How long until my shirt arrives?

A: Once you place and order, we will process it (package and ship) within 3-5 business days. Depending on the shipping option you chose at check out, your shirt will arrive most likely 3-5 business days after processing.

Q: Where is my shirt?
 
A: We provide you with a tracking number after checkout so you can stay up to date with where your shirt is. How ever often you need to check it!

Q: Can I get a refund if my shirt doesn’t fit?

A: Unfortunately, no. We provide a sizing chart to help you make the best choice you can and even though we understand that shirts fit different for different people or that you might have accidentally chose the wrong size, we are a family operating business that isn’t able to accommodate refunds and returns for products that don’t fit. However, if you ordered for example a large and we sent you a medium by mistake then you would be entitled to an exchange.

Q: I can’t afford a shirt, can I get one for free?

A: We have discount codes and special offers that come up from time to time so be on the look out for those! (most of the codes and discount are announced on our official Instagram – @JStuStudios)

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are sent out via USPS and are typically processed within 3-5 business days of the product payment link is closed. Delivery time is dependent upon location and typically take 3-5 business days to arrive from when the order is processed.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Please note that shipping costs, are calculated directly from USPS.

RETURN POLICY:
Returns for full purchase (excluding shipping costs) are not accepted. All Sales are Final. Items Lost or damaged can be subjected to a refund if, and only if, the product had issues due to production errors. Items damaged from transit are not subject to a refund and are subject to USPS policies for damaged shipping. To provide the best customer service possible, we evaluate each issue and is assessed on a case by case basis. Please note, shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty or damaged from production.

EXCHANGES:
We do not accept exchanges. Should an item be faulty, damaged, or incorrect in any way, it will be subject to our Return Policy. If the wrong size or color was ordered by the customer, a new order must be placed in order to receive the new item.
